You recognize that this service is free, in beta version and that your use is at your own risk. SS does not guarantee the uptime of the service. You must ask SS for approval before any commercial use of this service.

Representations and Warranties
There is no warranty for this service, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
In no event will SS be liable to you for any damages, including any general, special, incidental or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the service (including but not limited to loss of data or data being rendered inaccurate or losses sustained by you or third parties or a failure of the service to operate with any other programs), even if we or any other party has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Store and event owners publish their location and/or discount code and/or promotion information, and you understand that SS is no responsible at any level about the information published by the store/event owner. SS will not be responsible for, nor participant of any argument, discrepancy, lawsuit or any other action or legal situation that may arise between you and the store/event owner.
SS may modify or terminate our services from time to time, for any reason, and without notice, including the right to terminate with or without notice, without liability to you, any other user or any third party. SS disclaims any responsibility for the deletion, failure to store, misdelivery, or untimely delivery of any information or material.
SS is not liable or responsible for any damages or injuries caused by use of this service, including but not limited to, any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of any use of the information provided herein.

Network Charges
SS does not charge any fee for using GetMoby. But when you download GetMoby, it is possible that certain carriers or providers might also charge you for receiving this download (via web or via MMS). Also, depending on your plan and your carrier or provider, you may be charged for use of your mobile phone when you access GetMoby information. Please consult with your carrier or provider your web access data plan and costs.

Privacy Policy
SS does not get information about you cell phone. SS only gets location information and does not inquiry, store, sell nor distribute information about your cellular phone and/or account.

Intellectual Property
As between you and SS, you agree and acknowledge that SS owns all rights, title and interest in and to GetMoby, including without limitation all associated Intellectual Property Rights. "Intellectual Property Rights" means any and all rights existing from time to time under patent law, copyright law, trade secret law, trademark law, unfair competition law, and any and all other proprietary rights, and any and all applications, renewals, extensions and restorations thereof, now or hereafter in force and effect worldwide.
